Tube end conditioning and end formingMachinery for the conditioning of tube ends |

| In
many cases tube ends need an additional treat- ment. By interlinking the automatic tube cutting machines with the end conditioning machinery short cycle times are reached. Furthermore transport ways and interme- diate storage are omitted. Damaging the tubes, e. g. by hitting each other is avoided. Chipping final treatment like chamfering, turning, counterboring, and deburring and forming in general are also realized by interlinking the units. The parts cut by the tube cutting machine are auto- matically handed over to the transport chain of the end conditioning machine. The transport chain moves the tube cuts to the conditioning machine for the next step - turning, chamfering, reshaping, etc. By that many user-defined working stations can be arranged one after the other, e. g. end conditioning, complete blowing, length measurement, and more. Treatment is done parallely, so that normally even using different working steps no loss in cycle times results. The adjustment of different tube lengths is done via the display and is realized automatically via a servo drive. ----------------------------------------- Your keywords: |
