ROTAK - Cut curved tubes and pipes

Chipless cutting and trimming of curved tubes and pipes
The ROTAK machine is used to cut chipless surplus
lengths at curved tubes. During this process the tube
ends can be chamfered or the inner diameter be formed.
(see application examples on the bottom right)

Tubes of high grade steel /stainless steel or copper
alloys with a max. outer diameter of 102 mm and a
wall thickness of up to 2,5 mm can be processed.

Advantages = increase in productivity:

- Several working steps at one time (cutting,
  forming and/or grooving
- Reduction accuracy less than 0,06 mm
- Easy operation
- Adjusted tube positioning

Technical features:

Tube diameters:            6 to 80 mm
(in special cases up to max. 102 mm)
Tube wall thicknesses: max. 3 mm
Tube part length:          min. 8 mm,
(longer parts as per specification/needs)
Tube /pipe material:     steel, high grade steel /
                                  stainless steel,
                                  non ferrous metals
